The TV show focussed on 11,000 competitors taking part in tough obstacles such as mud, ice and many other challenges in the 10km courses set around the historic city of Nottingham and London's iconic Battersea Power Station respectively.
The triathlon programme is presented by Dean Macey and showcases up and coming sportsman competing to win the Survival programme.
The keen sportsman, Mark Harrison has been competing in professional races since his school years and won many of them.
Mark spoke of the race on his Facebook and said: "I had been working the event all weekend and I only decided to race five minutes before it started. I had to borrow the clothes to do it in, so I wasn't the best prepared".
"I did definitely struggle though because I had done the coast to coast race less than two weeks prior to this race, but I completed it in approximately one hour and came in the top 30 which isn't too bad considering I wasn't going to compete".
Despite finishing the triathlon in the top 30 out of 11,000 competitors, Mark said he just wished he had trained harder and won it.
